Some of these pieces were begun en plein air and completed in the studio, whilst others were worked from onsite sketches and subsequently painted in my home studio. She felt her drawing skills, learned during her time in an art studio in the city were more suited to the medium of watercolour. This was followed working as a tracer and detail draughtsperson for an engineering company. She felt her drawing skills, learned during her time in an art studio in the city were more suited to the medium of watercolour.
