About Nadège Lamy
About Nadège Lamy
Nadège was inspired by her father and began emulating or experimenting with painting from the young age of 5. Nadège's father was a house painter in a time when the profession called for an artisan. Painter-Decorators of his time were skilled in architectural, hand-painted finishes and he was known to create elaborate and simple murals, pochoir, marble, timber grain and distinctive textures.
With a Bachelor of Visual Arts under her belt and a studio in the picturesque Blue Mountains, Nadège spends her days working almost full time on her arts practice.
Head to the current exhibition of work by Nadège on our home page or visit WOTSO Neutral Bay before the 12th August to view her pieces in person.
Nadège has a gentle and caring nature and is an absolute treasure and pleasure to work with.
