ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece is both sensitive in subject and material. It represents my identity as an Iranian and Australian and symbolises the merging of cultures through the image of my fingerprint. The Persian calligraphy is a eulogy of my grandmother who inspires my arts practice because of her courage and passion for life.
