Our shared inspirations— sand, salt, silt, and tree bark—hold the memory of time, shaped by wind, water, and light. The abstract compositions within our work invite contemplation of nature’s rhythms, where erosion and growth, exposure and concealment, create an ever-evolving dialogue. The curves of shifting influence between water and evaporation, the fluid lines of erosion, and the intricate shapes found in bark and sediment mirror the silhouettes that emerge in our work. Within the silt and scribbly bark, imprints of passing wildlife—ephemeral traces of movement and presence—remind us that all forms, whether human or animal, are one interwoven natural fabric.

The colours we work with—grey-blue, deep blues, warm oranges, and ochres—evoke both the coolness of bark, silt and the warmth of sunlit earth. In our different mediums, we seek to blur boundaries: between realism and abstraction, between what is seen and what is felt, between the human form and the natural world.

Together, our work asks: Where does the form end and nature begin? Can the patterns, curves, and imprints of nature teach us something about ourselves? We invite you to step closer, to lose yourself in the details, and to find new connections between the world around us and the one within.
