ABOUT THE SPONSOR
Gallery ONE88 Fine Arts is located at 186-188 Katoomba Street, Katoomba and is a large gallery with a wonderfully diverse deck of drawcards. The building spans three levels with the basement operating an eclectic performance arts space known as 'Pigeon Lane'. The gallery includes exhibition space and work on consignment and has supported hundreds of artists for over 5 years. Finally, gallery Directors Sharon and Victor Peralta operate a Cafe at Katoomba Street access with menu that is as warm and inviting as they are.
With a 2 week-long exhibition cycle, Gallery ONE88 Fine Arts offers a dynamic and interesting space for emerging and established artists.
ABOUT BMPP 2023
The Blue Mountains Print Prize is a Biennale event which began in 2019. This means we are enjoying our third installment of this wonderful initiative and Gallery ONE88 Fine Arts has now offered the major award for three consecutive events.
This prize is brought to you by Blue Mountains Creative Arts Centre [BMCAC] and is project managed by Nationwide Curating. This prize contributes towards the establishment and management of the printmaking studio at BMCAC. The print community for the centre is known as 'Blue Mountains Printmaking Ink' which you can join and follow through facebook.
The BMPP prize is held at the Blue Mountains Creative Arts Centre, Corner of Hare & Moore Street, Glenbrook NSW 2733.
