Robert Brindley is a commercial photographer and fine art practitioner using photography, pastel, Conte pencil, graphite, acrylic and watercolour in his art practice.
For this exhibition INTO THE WILDERNESS – GONDWANA & BEYOND, Robert employs a unique technique combining pastel, pencil and charcoal on original photographic ink-jets which aims to create dimensionality, atmosphere and an ethereal quality to enhance the photographic image. The works aim to evoke feelings of empathy with the environment, and touch upon current issues surrounding our ecological future.
