ARTIST BIO

Anita Cashman is a contemporary artist who draws inspiration from her diverse background and love of travel. A Hong Kong native and Wahroonga local, her colourful paintings and distinctive personal style pays homage to her upbringing.

A registered nurse and dedicated mother; Anita's passion for art started at a young age and has been the creative constant throughout her life. Her love of connection to her peers and local community has seen her participate in several group exhibitions both locally and interstate. 

Anita's love of travel has been a major influence in her work having lived in the UK, New Zealand, Blue Mt. Tasmania and Central Coast. The stunning backdrops and vibrant landscapes resonate in her art resulting in numerous awards and commendations such as Blue Mountains Spring Art Exhibition and the Gosford Agricultural Show.
