ARTIST STATEMENT
It is not often you find a Railway Station so enchanting that you want to sketch it but I did. Well actually the signal box, it had so much character compared to what we have today. This station opened in 1874 and still stands proud with its rusticated weatherboards, hipped corrugated steel roof and the delightful planting of colourful shrubs.
